FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS THERE A FEE FOR SERVICES?
Money Management Counselors has a ONE-time service fee of $25.00 for our counseling services. If clients do not have the ability to pay, we will happily waive our service fee with the submitted waiver form below.
HOW LONG IS A COUNSELING SESSION?
First Counseling Sessions average one hour in length. Subsequent sessions average forty-five minutes to an hour.
WHAT IF I WORK DURING THE DAY?
Our Counselors can conduct counseling appointments during some lunch hours and evenings upon request and availability.
HOW SOON CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
We customarily schedule appointments upon receiving the Information Packet. All appointments are scheduled upon availability and after submitting a completed information packet.
CAN ANYONE GET MY INFORMATION?
Our Services are confidential and non-judgemental. Without a signed release form from the client, MMC cannot disclose any information.
WHAT IF I SEE YOU IN THE COMMUNITY?
Our counseling sessions are private. If we see you in the community, we will not say "Hi" to you unless you say "Hi" to us in respect of your privacy.
